Copyright and Use
The photographs produced by the The Big Picture are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without The Big Picture's explicitly written permission. The client who has purchased the services of The Big Picture is granted limited copyright ownership of the resulting images. These rights grant the client permission to share the images on social networking websites, real estate marketing sites and can be used for standard marketing material including but not limited to brochures and postcards. The Big Picture does not require credit for the photography, but it is always welcome. The client must obtain written permission from The Big Picture prior to publishing/selling/transferring the photos to another entity (this includes realtors, clients and brokers)
Mileage
Shoots over 40 minutes from St. Louis City center will be charged an additional mileage fee of $25.00. This will be outlined in the invoice. Please contact us if you are concerned that your shoot is outside the charge radius.
Cancellation - Reschedule Policy
A $25.00 Fee will be applied if the scheduled shoot is cancelled less than 24 hours before the shoot.
Delivery
A standard real estate photography appointment will be delivered by the next day (end of day), unless a previous agreement is put in place for a rush delivery. Delivery of photos for commercial/product shoots will need to be discussed in advance of the shoot.
Weather Reschedules
The photographer will decided if the weather is bad enough that an appointment reschedule is necessary and alert the client as soon as possible. This determination will be made if the weather is indeed a safety risk to the equipment or staff. A reschedule for this reason will not incur additional cancellations charges. Sometimes, the photographer will decided the interior portion of the shoot may still be able to take place, and will reschedule the exterior/drone photos at the next available time.
If the client chooses to reschedule the shoot due to the weather (a cloudy day, snow on the ground, etc), but it is deemed that the shoot can continue by the photographer, then the Cancellation - Reschedule Fee listing above will apply.
